 What is it?
The Rocket Appartamento TCA is an Italian-built and designed heat exchange espresso machine. Replacing the older pressure-stat model, TCA stands for temperature control adjustment, which utilizes a precise internal PID that employs an algorithm to maintain a set temperature, allowing you to set a temperature based on a coffee’s roast level. No temperature surfing is required. Instead of using a display to change the temperature, the Appartamento remains simple and free of screens and extra buttons—allowing you to enter programming mode using the main power switch and use the brew lever to choose from four different pre-set temperatures.Â
